]]> At Central Union Medical, we find that in our industry many people don’t ask for quotations correctly, which leads to a lot of back and forth queries. We often get emails like the following… “What are the prices on your gloves?”.
Well, considering we stock a wide range of gloves coated and uncoated, you would be filtering through mass amounts of information trying to get the pricing you are looking for. Here’s what you can do instead.

State the following in your quotation email

  1. NAME – State the name of the product you wish to be quoted on
    Eg: Nitrile Gloves
  2. SIZE – State the size you require
    Eg: Small
  3. QUANTITY – State the quantity of items you need
    EG: 100 boxes or 10 units

That’s it. It is as simple as that. With just these 3 points we can give an accurate quotation and can check our stock levels accordingly. Any added information like “timeline when you need it by” etc can also be added if it is not an urgent query.
